Our Services

The Financial Empowerment Center offers professional, one-on-one financial counseling at no-cost to Roanoke area residents. Our financial counselors can assist with money management, budgeting, reducing debt, establishing and improving credit, connecting to safe and affordable banking services, building savings, and referrals to other services and organizations.

Schedule a No-Cost Session with One of Our Counselors

One-on-one financial counseling is held over the phone or in-person. Counseling is available in English and Spanish with access to interpretation services in most languages.

If you need to schedule an appointment outside our normal business hours, on weekends, or need in-person accommodations, please call us at 540-378-8928.
